Withdraw Policy

The method available for you to withdraw with is dependent on the method by which you deposited with and may also be dependent on the amount you have deposited.

For example:
If you have used your credit/debit card to deposit with, the funds will be credited back to the card used to deposit with. However, if you have used a MasterCard, or an invalid card – which we are unable to send payments to; your withdrawal will be returned to you via wire transfer.

If you have used a variety of credit cards, the card which you used the most for depositing will be used as the primary card for sending withdrawals to.

If you used a credit card or a debit card to deposit in to your account, the withdrawals are refunded in the following order:

1. Credit card

2. Solo/Switch/Maestro card

Since we automatically pay the funds back to your active credit/debit cards – please notify us immediately in the event any card used to deposit to your account has been lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change.

 


Verification Documents – Proof of ID

The withdraw policy may require upon request that members be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their bingo account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud and is solely in place to protect you.

1. Photographic ID – A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first withdraw request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.

2. Credit Card – A copy of the front the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you choose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of all the cards used. We ask that you block the middle eight numbers of your card number as well as the security code found on the card.

3. Proof of address – In some cases you may be required to provide documentation which confirms your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement. Any transaction details of a card statement may be blocked.

4. Notarized documentation may also be required depending on the amount of your withdraw request (Done by a Notary “lawyer, notary public, etc.” to certify something such as a signature on a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary’s stamp and signature).

Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. These documents may be requested at any point of your Bingo membership.

In order to make the sending of the documents more secure we recommend that you send them in separate emails. With regards to credit cards, please send copies of the front and back separately. Once received, our members’ documents are digitally stored in a secure environment, which is accessible exclusively to specific specialized security agents.

 


Requesting a Withdrawal

Members can request a withdrawal by logging in to their bingo account and then going to the ‘Lobby’ area, clicking on ‘Withdrawal’ and selecting the preferred withdrawal method and completing the relevant details. Once the withdrawal request is submitted it will be processed within two business days. During this time the withdrawal can be cancelled by contacting Support with the funds then being credited back to the members bingo account.

After two business days, the status of the withdrawal request will change to ‘Processed Successfully’ and members will no longer be able to cancel it.

As described in the previous section, during the withdrawal process members may be required to provide documents to confirm their identity or ownership of the credit/debit cards used to deposit with to the bingo account. This ensures credits are made to the correct person and also ensures no one can use credit cards fraudulently. Documents may also be requested when a member wishes to increase their withdrawal limits.

The processing time for most of the withdrawal methods is approximately 5 business days. However there are some payment methods that may take a little longer and waiting for documents may also delay a withdrawal.

All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday). Please also allow additional time for Public Holidays.

 

It may take additional time for your credit card or payment method provider to credit the funds to your account.

You will be notified by email once the processing of your withdrawal request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.

If your withdrawal has not been processed within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue.

Important notes:

    • There is a minimum withdrawal amount of £30/€30/$50 that can be requested.
    • Please note that in addition to the minimum withdrawal limit, members must also have deposited before a withdrawal request is accepted. Therefore, you may be required to deposit additional amounts before a withdrawal request can be made. (Terms)
    • Bonuses can never be withdrawn. Real money won from bonus wagering can be withdrawn.
    • We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of any withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
    • We want our members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our utmost to keep to the timeframes stipulated above. Please be aware however, that some withdrawal methods are completed via third parties and in rare cases delays beyond our control may occur.
    • In the case of a Wire transfer, you need to enter your bank details in the cashier

Credit/Debit Card Exceptions

Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa and MasterCard/Debit cards, we are not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa and MasterCard/Debit cards from specific countries. Consequently, members who have deposited to their bingo accounts via Visa and MasterCard/Debit cards from these specific will receive any withdrawals via bank transfer.

 

MasterCard/Debit Card Withdrawals

Due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Debit cards, we are not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard/Debit cards. Consequently, members who have deposited to their bingo accounts via MasterCard/Debit cards will receive any withdrawals via bank transfer if no Visa or debit card has been used to deposit with.

 

Maximum Withdrawal

There is no limit to the amount a Gina Bingo player can withdraw but there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn. That is £2,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD, AUD, CAD or EURO currency) per month. If a withdrawal is above £2,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD, AUD, CAD or EURO currency) the remaining balance will be placed back to the players account to be withdrawn the following month.

 

Bank Transfer Fees

For withdrawal amounts below £250 (or the equivalent amount in USD, AUD, CAD or EURO currency), the bank wire transfer charges are borne by the recipient.

Withdrawal Options

To initiate a withdrawal, log in to your account and select the ‘Withdrawal’ option from the ‘Lobby’ area. Select your preferred withdrawal method and complete the required fields by following the onscreen prompts. You’re withdrawal will be processed within 48 hours, but in most cases the same day it is requested. Upon completing and submitting the withdrawal request form, your Gina Bingo account will be debited and your withdrawal will be processed depending on the method as detailed below:

If you have deposited by credit/debit card, all withdrawals will be processed to the same credit card where your card issuer allows. Simply click Withdraw on the website.

We apply no charges for using this method. For UK issued cards, the funds may take around 1-2 working days to reach your bank account due to standard clearance procedures; Non UK issued cards may take 3-5 days.

Where your card issuer does not support credit/debit card withdrawals, the funds will be processed to you by bank wire issued in the name as registered on your account.

Where a bank wire withdrawal is necessary, you will be prompted to submit your bank details when clicking Withdraw on the website. Please refer to the Bank Wire section for further information.

Please allow 5/15 business days for a Bank Transfer to arrive in your bank account. Please also note bank charges levied by any correspondent banks in transit or your bank to receive the wire are your responsibility. Any incorrect information resulting in the Wire failing to be sent will also incur bank charges of $50/€30/£30 which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Available in all currencies. NETeller is an online money transfer service that you can use to deposit funds to your bingo account. Opening a NETeller account is like using an “online wallet”. You can deposit, withdraw, and transfer funds to any merchants that support NETeller Online Payments.

 

If you have deposited funds via INSTADEBIT, then you are eligible to request a withdrawal by this method as well. Payments viaINSTADEBIT will appear in your INSTADEBIT account within 24 hours of receiving confirmation from us that we have processed your withdrawal request. Your original deposit and winnings can be paid this way.

If you have deposited funds via Skrill, then you are eligible to request a withdrawal by this method as well. Payments via Skrill will appear in your Skrill account within 24 hours of receiving confirmation from us that we have processed your withdrawal request. Your original deposit and winnings can be paid this way.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit (including the bonus) has been played.
  2. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a Player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed his/her Player Account.
  3. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the Player Account User is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Us will be honoured after a refund has been made. You agree to provide, in case We demand, a notarised identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of Your jurisdiction. If such notarised or certified identification is not provided within five (5) days of our request, then such refund or reverse transaction shall not be effected, Your Player Account shall be closed and You shall forfeit all funds in Your Player Account, such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.
  4. Player should play using a fair method on all games and should not in any way affect outcome of that game. This includes using computer aids, mathematical equations, betting systems etc.
